• 24-hour emergency coverage is only available to current clients in good standing.

• Calls received outside of normal business hours will be returned next business day.

Cancelation Policy

• We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. 

• If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged the full farm call (or you portion of a shared farm call).

Inclement Weather Policy

• Certain conditions make is unsafe to drive and/or work outside. Since safety is our top priority, our practice may close or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather on an as needed bases. ​​​​​​The practice will maintain emergency coverage during this time.

• ​Payment is due at the time of service.
